Digital Arrow combines recruiting and team-operations modules in one workspace. You can publish jobs, manage applicant pipelines, collect screening responses, invite company members, track project time, prepare contracts and onboarding assignments, and create PDF invoices.

Create a screening questionnaire with a timed video-answer question. Assign it to an applicant or share an external link; candidates record in their browser on their own schedule, and reviewers open the submitted response from the questionnaire assignment.

When creating an invoice, choose an applicant and date range, select the time entries to import, and enter the hourly rate. The selected entries become editable invoice line items. Invoice status is tracked manually in the dashboard.

Company admins invite members by email as a Manager or Employee. In the current product, Manager means full company access, while Employee means access to their own timesheet and time-off tools. Admins can activate or deactivate memberships.

Candidates can choose from 14 CV templates, customize sections and colors, export PDF or DOCX, publish an optional public CV, and request AI-assisted feedback with an overall score, summary, suggestions, section feedback, and detected issues.
