Our services are complimentary for candidates unless agreed otherwise in writing. Employer engagements may follow separate agreements.

03Eligibility

By accessing Digital Arrow Agency services you confirm that the following statements remain true throughout your use of the platform:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • Information provided to us is accurate and current.
  • You are legally permitted to share your personal data and CV.
04Candidate Responsibilities

Maintaining an honest, up-to-date profile ensures that hiring teams evaluate you fairly.

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in your profile.
  • Update us if any detail changes so employers see the latest snapshot.
  • Respond clearly if you are not interested in specific opportunities.
  • Refrain from submitting false, misleading, or unauthorized third-party data.

We reserve the right to remove inaccurate or misleading profiles to protect both candidates and employers.

05Consent & Communication

Submitting your CV or engaging with the platform counts as consent for reasonable follow-up regarding roles and introductions.

  • We may contact you via email or similar channels regarding opportunities.
  • We will request confirmation before sharing your CV with an employer.
  • You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@digital-arrow.agency.
06No Fees for Candidates

There is no cost to candidates for our standard services unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing. Employers or partners may operate under separate commercial agreements.

07Intellectual Property

The Digital Arrow Agency brand, website content, product copy, and supporting documentation remain the exclusive property of Amygdal LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute these materials without written permission. Your CV and personal data remain yours.

08Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, use of our services is at your own risk. Amygdal LLC is not responsible for employer decisions, and we do not guarantee offers or employment outcomes.

  • Employers make independent hiring decisions beyond our control.
  • We cannot guarantee interviews, offers, or specific hiring outcomes.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
09Termination of Services

We maintain the discretion to suspend or discontinue services whenever necessary to protect the community.

  • We may suspend or terminate access to services at our discretion.
  • Candidate profiles can be removed upon request.
  • Service can be refused for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
  • You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to legal requirements.
10Third-Party Services

Some workflows involve vetted third parties such as employer platforms, communication tools, and infrastructure providers. Once your data is shared with a third party (with your consent), their policies govern their use of that information.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
